This week for swimming with Liv we learned how to pencil dive, float and trust the water. First we did some kicking using our floats we did that a few times then Liv taught us hoe to swim with our hands up agents our ear. Liv then threw some toys in the water and we had to go under water and get them. Then she taught us how to do pencil diving we did that a few times. I had a lot of fun at swimming with Liv today. I would like to say thank you to Liv for giving us a fun session of swimming.
