Transaltion

Today for Maths I created a Rotation, Symmetry and reflation. We used those to make a pattern on a translation draw. We got the chose a shape that we wanted to use and our goal was to leave as less white spaces as possible. I had a lot of fun creating this and I was thinking of translation while i was making this. 

Phonics AKE

 It was my birthday so we threw a big party and mum and dad baked a big birthday cake. We ate Cheesecake, snacks, milkshakes, and a lot of other yummy food. It was also a snowy day so we caught snowflakes .

Today for Phonics we listened for the ake sounds. First we made our list of all the 'ake' words we could think of, we also looked for them in the dictionary. We read a story then found the ake words in the story. Then we wrote 3 ake words in a sentence. We then we wrote a paragraph using 5 'ake' words. Finally we evaluated short texts that Mrs Linda read to us.

Flip book

This week i created a flip book that had my day 1 to day 4 camp dairy reflection. Now i can send this to everyone in my family to see what i did at camp even i can look back at it in case my camp dairy got lost or if something happens to it. In this dairy i have written all things we did at camp and the thing i ate. I wold love to go to Camp at kokako lodge again.
